CurielXperience is a company that offers guided hiking experiences and outdoor activities in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, conducted by prior reservation. Once you receive your confirmation email with a reservation number, your experience is guaranteed. Please check your inbox — including your spam folder.
This refund and cancellation policy applies exclusively to reservations made through our official website. Bookings made through third-party platforms or travel agencies are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Upon completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique reservation number. Your experience is fully guaranteed from the moment this email is delivered. Please check your inbox and spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.
If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before your scheduled experience, a 20% administrative fee will be applied and deducted from your refund. The remaining 80% will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience, as well as no-shows (failure to appear at the agreed meeting point), are not eligible for any refund or credit. No exceptions will be made under this clause.
If your experience is scheduled within the next 24 hours, you may request a date change subject to availability. No refund will be issued in this case. To request a date change, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your reservation number.
No refunds are issued due to weather conditions, including rain, tropical storms, or other natural events beyond our control. In the event of adverse weather that prevents the experience from taking place safely, your excursion will be rescheduled to an available date at no additional cost.
